Stop using UPS !!!!
Hello all,
I ordered some parts in November.
I got told that shipping was delayed until early january.
Shipment was done around this date, UPS was supposed to deliver, I NEVER had a mail, a call, a notice in the mailbox, NOTHING, NADA, NICHTS....
They say they came 2 times to my house to deliver and then they returned the parcel wiithout ANY contact with me.
I emailed them and they told me that they did not have to notify me and basically they didn't give a shit about my problem because their customer is Fanatec and not me.
So apparently Fanatec has received my parcel back on 12/01, since then I have ZERO news from fanatec, I emailed customer support but got no reply.
Bottom line is that I ordered on 23/11, more than 2 months ago and I have nothing all this because UPS are useless idiots.
So what do we do now ?
I think EVERYONE here would be willing to pay 5 euros more for every purchase and have a PROPER delivery service and not these A-HOLES of UPS.

Yep, that's them !!!!
They are not hiring. They are laying off 12,000 worldwide. That should help, less employees that can loose your package.
