Mclaren GT3 V2 still not working properly.

Guys I am having constant problems with Mclaren GT3 V2.
It all started few months back with the wheel loosing ffb and occasionally all buttons. I have sent the wheel to Fanatec for diagnosis and repairs. They didn’t find any issue but replaced main cable in the wheel. I have received the wheel to learn nothing has changed. After that I have discovered myself that QR1 was responsible for disconnecting the wheel and loosing ffb and buttons.

I have changed to metal QR2 and it helped for few weeks. Now the wheel will occasionally activate random button on itself and soon after will loose all the buttons. When I reset the wheel it all goes back to normal.
I have all the screws tightened but there is a play in the wheel. It seems the play is not directly responsible for the problem.
