I have already paid for 3 months, but it still hasn't been shipped
I placed my order on November 20th last year. There was finally some activity in the backend half a month ago, and the current status shows 'Handover to warehouse'. However, there has been no progress for half a month, and I would like to know what's going on.

if you have a tracking number, i think you can check it on aftership.com
There is no tracking number, and the status shown in the backend is 'Handover to warehouse'. It has been three weeks now with no updates.
On the UPS Website use "track by reference number"
Put your order number in the shipment reference field and select your country and postcode.
