Mclaren gt3 wheel

Hi guys just bought the gt3 wheel for ps5 , connected the qr2 lite plus the base side, I plugged the base side with fanatec logo upwards , it only went in that way , it turns on but it ends upside down 🙃 do you guys know if it's just an update needed ? It's usbc connection so that's wahts puzzling me
