Order from November 2023 still not arrived
Dear Fanatec Team,
because there is no possibility to get in contact with you, neither by phone, by email nor by chat, I will finally try the forum for more informations.
I placed my order 29th of Novmerber 2023 and have still no product received. Payment of course is already done.
- ClubSport DD+
- ClubSport table clamp V2
- ClubSport Universal Hub V2
- QR2 Wheel-Side
- ClubSport Steering wheel GT Alcantara
I am looking for canceling my order and buy from another company, but I also had to read, that the refund does not work very well.
I also placed a second order for pedal and shifter. This package has arrived. But if I cancel the above components, I dont need them anymore. Will you refund also this order?
I am tired of waiting for my order and would really like a final response from you now.

If you end up getting what you paid for, DONT and i repeat DONT try to shut off the Clubsport DD+ base while it is booting, i got my base bricked like that...

Well, I finally did it --> after about 4 moth I canceled my order and got my money back (Paypal was my luck).
Now I got another system and I am really happy with it.
Never again with Fanatec!
