Order incomplete - Stuck on 'Label Created'. Half of the order did not ship yet Order number 19199xx

I've placed an order on Feb 14th. Half the items arrived a week later. I am now missing the steering wheel and pedals. When I check on the tracking number, its still stuck on 'label created'. Can someone help sort this out for me? There is no indication when the steering wheel and pedals will arrive! I am waiting on the McLaren Steering wheel and CSL pedals. Both were in stock when I ordered. Order number 19199xx
