The CSL ALCANTARA 320 V2

So I have the CSL V2 hub with the clubsport 320 Alcantara rim and it’s been working fine and I was in a race today on iracing and I had the wheel turned just a little and everything went away I lost FFB I reinstalled everything tightened the c clamp and it still does it I turn the wheel to a certain point and it loses all ffb I put my CSL BMW wheel on and it doesn’t do it at all. Can someone please help me!!!

    sounds like some firmware issue but could be also something else. i not sure anyone can help you here about that expect fanatec self
