I want my money back

Tomorrow marks two weeks since a member of your team collected the returned packages from my order. Two weeks later, with three additional tickets opened, plus the main ticket I opened before rejecting the packages, I still haven't heard anything. It's simple: I want my money back. It's absurd because I've already stated that I wanted it to be able to purchase more of your products. You even mentioned that you would take this into account to expedite the process.
