Whats the best way to contact this company?
I have attempted to use their customer support page, I have emailed I guess I'm posting here now, but does anyone have a proper channel of support with Fanatec?
I am missing my clubsport shifter from my order and its been a week since I started receiving my order piece meal. I don't even have a way of contacting the courier since theres no tracking info supplied by Fanatec.
This is getting immensely frustrating because this stuff isnt cheap im down like 2.5k CAD, with a 4 month wait time, only to get slapped in the face with garbage support.

Send them a customer support ticket and wait a month for them to send a response that simply results in more questions.

Can I even charge back a portion of the charge? I guess ill find out.
To work for them then you can see the ceo
contacting them seems impossible, how is this company not sued yet? they keep taking orders while they have a 4-5 month backlog.
