My Black Friday F1 steering wheel has been in Canadian customs since January 22, No comeback from Fanatec from my inquiries 1 months ago. ( FRM343398 CRM:000000700506160 ) Received the QR2 on January 24 and the Advanced Paddle Module February 2. Normally I should have received the steering wheel almost at the same time because the Advanced Paddle Module passed customs on January 23. I don't know where to write anymore, So i try Here.

  • If it is in the customs office, the best thing to do is to talk to them directly.


    In Spain you receive digital notification even if everything is managed by the selling company, and you can incorporate the documents yourself.

  • Yo estoy todavia pendiente de recibir parte de los accesorios que compre en el viernes negro y nadie me da una respuesta, se limitan a responder con un mail de respuesta automatica diciendo que me ponga en contacto con UPS y ellos dicen que lo tengo que gestionar con Fanatec porque no tienen nada
