Expirience with RMA Clubsport DD - come back with Import Fee!!!???

Hello.

Straight to the point. Im based in UK, because my CS DD 12Nm stops powering up, trying any possible soluution, I have decide open ticket and send back base. Base is offcourse under warranty and when I get ticket and information about RMA, sended to fanatec next day. But...

I received on 08-03-2024 ups information about pay for Import Fee!

For RMA product I have never hear this kind of nonsense. I pay already for product, they fixed, sended to me and ny they asking me to pay again for fixed produkt? something is not right or I live in another world.

Please gus for advice if maybe somebody have similar expirience.

    Most likely it wasn't declared as RMA product. If Fanatec doesn't respond, try to clarify it with the carrier by yourself. (I hope you know the serial# and invoice for the original order)

    It is a problem with the customs office, they think it is a new product or export, give them a copy of the RMA mail and the purchase invoice.
