DDE delivery delay in Japan

hello Fanatec crews,

I put my DDE onder in early March, delivery time was 3.18. Today I check it on the website , pre order date shift to 4.10 and also my order.

However I wasn't informed by FANATEC through any methode. I would like to know the reasons. I think this request is quite reasonable.
