Dont have any information about my order
I dont have any information about my order. I dont have any tracking number for UPS and I dont know when is my order expected to be delivered. I sent many mails wihout response and I Read that youre suffering shipping problems. I would like to know what its de situation of my order, please comeback to me.

Every customer would get quick answers if only one email or only one support ticket had been sent. But since many people send hundreds of emails, everyone has to wait even longer because each request has to be processed individually.
This situation is unacceptable.
FANATEC has failed to fulfill orders that were expected to be dispatched long ago. While they are prompt in accepting payment via credit card, they exhibit a lack of commitment to their responsibilities beyond that. It is imperative that we take action and assert our consumer rights within the EU framework. Their conduct undoubtedly exceeds the boundaries of reasonableness.
I'm about to start official claim to European Consumer Rights - CPC (Consumer Protection Cooperation), if situation will not improve in next days.
only buy fanatec stuff through paypal so you can despute when this happens. :) got my money back within a day.
