V3 Pedals Accelerator Hall Sensor issue / Replacement

I have tried contacting Fanatec twice now regarding trying to obtain or purchase a Hall Sensor, believe that is what its called ? for the V3 Accelerator Pedal, mine has failed so having to use Clutch sensor but no idea how long that will last ? & the Cable is shorter than Accelerator sensor . It's the small circuit board which attaches on side of Pedal.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ADVISE AS TO GETTING A REPLACEMENT

    I did exatly the same of you a few time ago. You just have to ask/create a technical support. You'll find it hight of the website home page in "Support / FAQ". You have to create an account and register youre material if it's not already did. Choose CSPV3. Then explain you're problem to the support messaging. Precise that you don't want a free replacement, just want buy new ones.

    Many thanks Arnaud for that info . I have managed to work out how to open a Support Ticket as never done it before. Hopefully they will now help. I have asked to purchase a new Sensor , ( Hall Sensor ), Circuit board ..whatever its known as !
