US Based: RMA Delays Email

I have been waiting for two months since they received my Podium DD1 at the repair center. It was bricked due to firmware 456.

How about they reimburse us for the monthly services we paid for (games, etc.) and offer an exchange for something of similar value? I'm happy to get an exchange for the dd+ they have in stock for the time being.

  • This company is a joke. They have an excuse for everything!!! After waiting 34 days for an item that was listed as "in stock" and still not received...I have requested a refund. Let's see how long it takes for them to take care of that. They are doomed to go out of business soon. I encourage you all to request refunds and move away from fanatec before it's too late and you lose your money when they go out of business.
