I don't know what to say anymore
It's been a month since Fanatec received my order and they still haven't refunded me lol. I'm bored and sleepy. I can't even get angry anymore.
I'm going to sleep until Monday, do you think next week I'll finally get my refund? I don't think so either

I see you're knowledgeable about the subject. I rejected the packages as they instructed me, so the article stating that I have 15 days supports my case. The question is, how long do they have to issue the refund? I'm convinced they'll give me my money back; what I don't want is for this to drag on for three months. Three months? I don't even want it to take another week

The seller must refund within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
Here's one reason why I always pay with VISA or payPal. It's easier to get your money back...

I paid with Visa, tell me what I need to do. Wednesday (tomorrow) marks one month since they picked up their packages at UPS. A complaint from my country to their company perhaps? I just want my money back to buy a different product from them, I don't know why so many problems @Jarmo Vasama
