CS wheel f1 v2 issue

Hello everyone.

I just bought a fanatec csl dd 5nm with ClubSport Steering Wheel F1 Esports V2.

everything worked well after assembly and installation of the drivers. after updating the steering wheel firmware via fanatec control panel, the steering wheel no longer turned on and fanatec control panel tells me that there are no devices connected. if I detach the steering wheel from the base, the base is recognized again, but if I reattach the steering wheel the control panel no longer recognizes it. Furthermore, I am asked to install the firmware continuously. Even after trying to reinstall the basic firmware via the control panel, the problem continues. what happened ? what should I do ?
