Mclaren GT3 V2 Oled Display Not Working

I have the Mclaren GT3 V2 since November 23, nothing but trouble after the first month. First it decided to stop working altogether however I found you need to make sure the screws near the pins are secure as they may come a little loose. Now the led display does not work, nothing shows not even the Fanatec logo? anyone else had this happen? it was working fine last week through Fanalab, now can't even get it to show a menu or anything it's just blank.

We’d like to give you an update on our current backlog. In recent weeks, we successfully processed a significant number of open orders from 2023 that were awaiting stock. While we are pleased with this progress, it has resulted in an increased volume of support inquiries, so that we currently have a response time of approximately three weeks.
I have the same problem.
