Can’t add product to my account

hi I’m new here any help would be appreciated, I purchased a dd2 from eBay which has 4 years left of the warranty, I have the paper invoice that was shipped with the product it’s a proforma invoice, I’m trying to add the product to my Fanatec account, I enter serial number and a copy of my invoice but when I click add product nothing happens,
