Product Warranty.

Hey..

We are a lot of people encountering problems with deliveries..

Fact is, I went to my account page an clicked on "My products"

The Warranty started on 29 th March ! And then will end in two years. It's not even shipped but they engaged the warranty !

  • I had the same thing on my DD+ I need to write a ticket... I have a ticket on another item and i got an email that says it's a 3 week wait for a reply.

    Right now I just wanna see what happens in June. I need them to hold in there so they can honor the warranty if needed.

  • A user shared a communication with Fanatec about the warranty auto-activation, but I can't remember where. I saw it earlier this week.

    Fanatec stated that they will honour an extended warranty for customers affected by delays in the last few months. I presume this means: if you ordered in November 2023 and did not receive the items until March, they will refer to the date the UPS tracking number was generated rather than the purchase date.
