Cannot add product to my product list
As in the title. I filled the form with serial number and uploaded the invoice and nothing seems to be added to my product list.

I contacted customer service after receiving my order and they entered the information for me. I had the same problem of the web entry. Unfortunately, my order was wrong and while I got hardware in February that was ordered in November the base was the old QR1 connector and everything else was the newer QR2 connector so nothing works together. Mostly it just takes up space in my house.
