Are there current stock shortages or something?
I've ordered CSL DD BMW 5nm kit + load cell pedal on the 13th April. Since then, no updates from Fanatec and no response to my emails. All items were allegedly in stock.
Order status says handover to warehouse.
Another guy I know ordered CLS DD few weeks before me and received in in one week!
This is a bad first experience with Fanatec. I was expecting more from Germans lol ... probably too much

16th April ordered mine, heard nothing, the dreaded "handover to warehouse" and nothing more. They ignore emails. It doesnt look good.
At Fanatec there's shortages at nearly every department including logistics and quality control. But there seems to be plenty of resources available for very expensive marketing deals.
So I guess it's a lottery then. Great
Yep, Ive got a UPS label created now, that was a couple of days ago, and I have a couple of serial numbers on Your stuff on the orders system , but not all the items, no email response from my equiry from last Wednesday. Shameful way to treat customers tbh.
