DD Extreme base not switching back on.

Hello,

I have a Fanatec DD Extreme base as a set af CSL V2 Pedals. I was in the middle of a race on GT7 when the wheel froze, I was stuck in gear with none of the buttons on the wheel responding. I powered the whole lot off in an attempt to recover the situation. I then tried to turn the base back on but the system is not allowing me to turn it back on. Has anyone come across this and how to fix it. I currently have a very heavy paper weight which is no use. Any help to get the system to restart would be appreciated. I have also raised a request with support as the unit is brand new. Alot of money was invested in this I would expect a system to work not be so flaky. Seems like the system was released prior to it being thoroughly tested.
