Ordered CSL ready 2 race bundle and didn’t get the wheel

I ordered the CSL ready2race bundle the 5nm one and I received the pedals the direct drive system and even the desk clamp I added to the order but instead of getting the wheel that comes with the bundle they sent me a Universal v2 hub that adds extra buttons to certain wheels. I have tried calling them and sending emails but all I got was an automated email that has nothing to do with my situation is there anything I can do or am I SOL and have to spend even more money and buy a wheel separately.

    Which wheel did you order?

    When I ordered mine, the wheel was the NASCAR one and that includes the V2 hub. Initially I got just the wheelbase, pedals, hub, etc. The rim took a few days later to arrive. Fortunately I have/had several real world car rims that fit the V2 hub so I used one of them until my NASCAR rim arrived.
