Formula V2 Wheel Firmware Error

I may have just bricked my Formula V2 wheel, somehow. I was trying to update the firmware on it, pre update it said that the rumble motors would be active during update. It then appeared to fail or lose connection.

The motors never stopped, and active whenever the wheel is plugged in now. It's failing to update firmware. The OLED display doesn't work either.

Is there a way to hard reboot/factory reset the wheel? Can i get a specific firmware file and try that? Or do i need to buy a new wheel.
