V3 Pedals

I ordered a set of V3 pedals on the 5th of this month. I forgot to order the damper kit. So I ordered it on the 7th of this month. Well the damper kit already got delivered and the V3 pedals are still in process after almost 2 weeks. What the heck is going on. Can’t really use the dampers till the pedals get here. And not able to get anyone to respond. Really need to work on customer service. I’ve spent thousands on my gear and I’m always upgrading to better products. Now it’s to the point where I’m thinking about going to another type of system. I love the product but the customers make the company and if you can’t provide any type of feed back to your customers you’re going to go under.
