CSL Steering Wheel P1 V2 not recognized on PC. (No Steering Wheel attached to Base warning)

I just received my CSL DD Bundle about 2 weeks ago. Everything was installed and working perfectly until today during a LFM race and the steering wheel (NOT BASE) disconnected and no buttons would work like shifting, ETC.

I have restarted the computer, unplugged the base, powered everything back on, updated the drivers but the steering wheel wont light up or be detected by the Fanatec control panel or Fanatec software. It only sees the wheel base and pedals only. I even tried the manual firmware / recovery option in the control panel. I am out of options.

how do I contact Fanatec for support or to send the log file?

    Solved, the QR1 lite base side, pulled away from wheel base just enough to disconnect the USB-C plug inside. I loosened base clamp and reseated the qr1 lite base side back into the CSL dd wheel base as shown in a previous steering wheel post.
