Hi,

I sent a mesage to the supprt since 14 days about a package i never received because it was sent back to them.

But i never got an answer form them and i have more than 250€ waiting somewhere since the 22 April when i did my order....

    Current response times of the support is over 3 weeks. So you need to wait 1-2 weeks more..

    why is it getting longer and longer? I thought this should get better with the external partner now?

    I am now waiting for 4 MONTHS to get my wheelbase repaired... according to media they are not able to pay 28 Mio € depts. Now you know why they dont react.

    My pedals need calibrating every time I use them, tbh I am terrified to do the firmware upgrade in case they brick on me, how sad is that, just wished I had Simagic Money, but its out of reach.
