Fixed my problem with CS DD and F1 Esports V2 Wheel, however have to reinsert wheel everytime

Hi,

just wanted to make this post to inform people of a problem that I had with my wheel and wheelbase.

I have the F1 Esports V2 wheel with the Clubsport DD base with QR2 Pro.

I was using it for the past 3-4 days, and everything was working properly.

However, when i started it up today, my wheel was not found.

I did everything I could according to the posts I saw online

- Restarted the base

- Installed new drivers

- Reinsert the wheel

- Unplug and replug everything

Nothing worked, even had to use the troubleshooter and reintall the control panel.

However, I did see a comment on someone's post that they pulled back their wheel and it started to work.

So i unplugged it, but this time, I didnt fully plug it in all the way, like i did before, and now its connected and works!

However, just to test to see if it will work again, I powered down the base and then restarted it.

*Steering wheel not found*

Weird right?

I then unplug it and then plug it in like 95% the way in, now it works again.

So now everytime I want to use it, I have to take the wheel out and reinsert it.

So to me, this is sort of a problem, but I dont know where the problem is? Maybe someone could give their thoughts? I am not too sure if its a problem with the wheelbase or the wheel itself.

Which QR Firmware do you have installed?

This was a known QR Firmware issue and was fixed with QR Firmware included in driver 457.
