Recently I purchased a ClubSport DD Extreme, for around 1 month, and was quite happy with it, until this morning I turned on and played the new PS5 F1 24 and started to feel powerless.

So I tried to switch off, and switched back on, and it won't open again :(

tried to old the power switch for 10 seconds, it wont work, tried to connect to pc and it wont dedect.

The LED light switch kept a sign with no power, but if I have a Mclaren Steering wheel, or the DD Extreme steering wheel it will load to the logo.

Please help out, I don't really want to send the base over to repair...it is just frustating....


is any way that we can reset the wheel base by our own?

I tried to hold all the buttons, and the combinations :(

    I just found I have exactly the same issue with my CS DD. Power LED on the brick but no power LED on the power button on the base, but the screen on the Formula V2.5 turns on. Unit won't boot into bootloader mode by holding the power button for 10s.

    Did you get the issue resolved? I just opened a support ticket, but it seems like every round trip to support takes a week to get a response and overall the RMA process is taking 60+ days to complete.
