SQ V1.5 neutral return torsion spring broken

FRM374710 CRM:000000700537966 are the numbers that i received from fanatec workshop a couple days ago. i explained the above spring was broken, looking to replace it. i have pictures and video..but couldn’t get them to post here? anyway…as i purchased the shifter along with csldd+wrc wheel+csl pedals+handbrake v1.5 10 months ago, i used them all almost everyday with the exception of about 2 month break. all in all, it lasted longer that some other customer’s shifters. i need to purchase 1 replacement spring and 1 backup to have when the replacement breaks. emailing back and forth over a part that is clearly a serviceable item isn’t fun. especially from america. offer parts like this on your site alongside everything else that’s for sale! we-*your customer base*- need replacement parts available to the masses. if anyone who has some pull reads this please help the process along 🙏🏼
