I just sent my DD+ in last Thursday. It arrived on Monday at their warehouse and I received a notification from FedEx that a package is on the way to me yesterday. No communication from Fanatec. I'm not sure what they did (repair, replace, or just sending back). So... good turnaround time but I have no clue what happened.
