Ready 2 race 8nm gt dd bundle order confirmation missing items?

This may be a dumb question alert. I was wondering if anyone could advise me.
I am a first time Fanatec customer from the UK. I ordered a ready 2 race fanatec gt7 dd pro 8nm bundle with load cell upgrade.
On my order confirmation email and on the my order page, I only have the load cell kit upgrade, the 8nm booster kit and the gt dd pro. However the picture of the gt dd pro only shows the base. It looks to me the csl pedals and the wheel are missing in my order confirmation email and page. Is this normal and correct , or am I missing items? Or am I overthinking?
I have paid for the order and I am just a bit worried with all the crazy situations going on with fanatec at the moment. I have contacted the customer service team to check but I've heard they are slow or never get back.
Can someone please advise on this?

It happened to me too and I received everything correctly
I bought 2 of them, payed 2o f them and recive 0 of the.
I’m claiming Paypal the refund because Fanatec get the money and run….
I bought 2, cancelled 1, the cancelation is confirmed.
I dont recieve any refund of them, i dont any item of them... Probably the money of their account is blocked by the bankruptcy.
I reclaim Paypal but i need to wait somedays more to Paypay try to return my money…
