Wheel not recognize

Good morning. I own a csl elite.

I haven't loaded an update in a year.

I have 2 steering wheels that work well (formula club sport and the original one).

For a change, I wanted to buy a steering wheel from the GT pack

But the steering wheel turns off as soon as I plug it into my base and is not recognized.

No LCD that stays on, although during the test it does.

Do I need to update?

I play on ps4.
