CSL Pedals with Loadcell issue

I have an issue with pedals after buying used load cell kit. When connected by USB, there are ghost inputs at throttle and no input at clutch. When connected by RJ12 so to the base, pedals are not even reachable by Control Panel. I can see the pedals panel by no any input visible when pressing any pedal. I've tripple checked cable connections so it is as in manual of load cell kit. Have someone had same issue with rj12 connection?
