I am writing to inquire about the shipment status of two steering wheel sets that I have ordered from your company. I am concerned about the delay in shipping as both orders have exceeded the expected delivery time.

Firstly, I purchased a steering wheel set on May 22nd with order number 1973162. Despite the passage of a month, I have not received any update regarding the shipment. Secondly, I made another purchase on May 24th with order number 1974124, and the status of this order remains the same, with no shipment details provided.

I would appreciate if you could provide me with the following information:

The expected date of shipment for both orders.

When I can expect to receive the tracking numbers for the packages.

The reason for the delay in shipping, as both orders have been in the warehouse for over a month.

If you are unable to ship the goods within a reasonable timeframe, I kindly request a refund for both orders. I understand that delays can occur, but the lack of communication and transparency regarding the shipment status is causing me inconvenience.
