Cannot submit Support ticket.

Hello,

I've filled out a Support ticket for my wheel base but I cannot submit the ticket because of this notification:

However, I have attached a message in the Detailed Description and the Subject line. Is it because I did not attach any files? I don't have any.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
