Unable to add product to account, for warranty

Grateful for any help, tips or if anyone has had something similar?


Bought a brand new, unopened GT DD Pro 5nm pack from SIM Demon in the UK. They have given me the Endor invoice to transfer warranty etc. Problem is, the Fanatec site, my products section won't let me upload the invoice. When I click upload invoice nothing happens and eventually I get timed out. I have tried pdf, screenshot, windows, Mac, android. Nothing works.


I have tried to contact customer support, but just get an automated message about delivery delays in response.


As I said above, grateful if anyone has had the same problem and if they managed to get it resolved.

  • Only wish I could, same problem will not accept invoice, no response yet from Fanatec.

  • Fanatec has to add it for you.

    Be patient, they are a mess and taking weeks to respond.
