CSL DD 8Nm probs with Shifter signals

I Have problems with my Fanatec equipment for 3 days.

During racing, the paddle shifters fail after several minutes and no longer accept any input.

About 30 seconds later, the steering and pedals also stop responding. The power LED on the base then pulsates in several colours, and an error message appears on the display on the wheel stating that no firmware is available.

The base is then in firmware update mode, right ?

 If I switch to automatic shifting mode in game, AC ,ACC or any other,  immediately after the error occurs, the base does not switch off.

 Must have something to do with the shifter signals. ?

 Restart is then only possible by disconnecting the power supply, the base then starts, but shows the same error after a few minutes.

Tested various USB ports on the PC, axle of the quick release is flush against the stop, clamp mounted and tightened as specified.

I have also treated all connections with contact cleaner and checked for loose contacts, but no improvement.
