Support is non existent!

I bought a CSL DD (8 Nm) a few months ago, have less than 10 hours of use on it, and it's broken. The base seems to work, but it doesn't recognize the wheel. Just flashes purple and keeps asking to flash the firmware, repeatedly.

I messaged support months ago and haven't heard anything. At this point I want to just switch to a different company. I can't believe they sell things this expensive and wont even reply to you.

Before I go and buy another expensive base from Moza, is there anywhere third party I can ship this and have it repaired?
