First of all, I wanted to say a compliment!

I sent my base in for repair on Monday and today it's ready to go back!


RAM Case is 69638, GT DD PRO Bundle

Now is saw in the new "Invoice" only that Positon:


1 SP-WB_BS_QR2_CQR2 Collar Lock


What does that mean? what was done? or what was broken?

My problem was the Sandy/grainy feeling if the base got warm after 15-30 minutes.

The problem was known and had occurred several times before, so the board / PCB had to be replaced.


If I understand this one position correctly, then the QR1 shaft clamp was replaced with the QR2 clamp?!
