Refund process possible issue
Having a possible issue with a return and refund. The DD+ won't turn on and the hub for xbox wouldn't update.
Received a call last week that to continue with the refund they required that enter all serial numbers in my products in my account. One product had the incorrect serial number which I couldn't change they said they would fix that.
The main issue is they needed a seial number for the wheel rim (Podium Wheel Rim R300) There is no serial (Or other number) on the wheel or the boxes. They said it would be a UE number. Noting like that on anything. I said the rim was part of a bundle (Wheel rim, Hub for Xbox & QR1). Is that normal for the rim not to have a serial number if supplied as a bundle?
I've receive no reply so far and so I hope this doesn't hold up the refund.

That's been sorted now. Support are proceeding with the refund.
i had a automated reply, that was it, 3 weeks and nothing, this all smells like a company in a very vulnerable situation.
Support has gone very quiet at the moment. They were in contact but now nothing. They have the wheelbase but I still have the remainder of the order for a refund. Not sure if that will ever happen. They've probably all left. LOL.
