I was charged but the order was not created

hello,

I placed an order on Fanatec a few days ago I was charged but I did not receive any confirmation email and nothing from my orders.

I ordered the ready to race bundle with the McLaren wheel.

I then contacted support and they told me that my order was not made even though I was charged

I don't understand could you help me

if you ordered at PayPal, then go there and claim refund

if it was a bank transfer then. contact with a bank self.

well. you are not the first one who had this issue.

and they know that there are in system the problems.
