Wheel base not connecting to my simulator

I tried installing simagic shakers to my clubsport pedals.

I got it all set up, and it all worked for almost a lap, and then my wheelbase (original podium DD1 bought in 2020,since discontinued) disconnected from the simulator (iracing) and I can't get it to reconnect. I've uninstalled all the sim hub programming, but to no avail.

Fanatic refuses to help me.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what, if anything I can do here?
