SQ V1.5 shifter knob adapter

I have a SV V1.5 and would like to use its alternate knob on another rig’s shifter which has a lever size of M10 with a 1.5mm thread pitch. The SV 1.5 lever size is M12 with a 1.5mm thread pitch.

So I would need a M12 male to M10 female adapter with 1.5mm thread pitch on both. I cannot find such an adapter, searching the Internet. Does anyone know where I could source such an adapter.
