Console user.... will Fanatec Driver/Updater run on Windows HOME?

PC recently went up in smoke, but can do 99% of what I need to do with my Chromebook.
However, need Windows platform to update CS DD+ hardware, hence my question: Thinking of buying inexpensive laptop running Windows Home. Will the Fanatec firmware updater tun on Windows Home Edition?

If I am correct on every pc/laptop that haves windows on it
Windows Home or Enterprise or whatever other version is irrelevant. Important is that you use either Windows 10 or 11 with a minimum screen resolution of the Laptop of at least 1080p.
