My app telemetry will not work.

I am trying to utilize the phone app telemetry but it will not work. It will just wait till it "receives data" but is not receiving it. When i open the pc app it tells me to close all instances of the "fanatec tray exe" but they already are closed. what should i do.

    The TrayApp needs to be running for the mobile App to get telemetry data, so do NOT close it!
