CSL DD Burning
Hi,
My CSL DD started smelling burnt plastic and disconnected itself after only a few hours of use, over 2 days ( just bought it). Raised a ticket with the support 2 days ago, but I have no answer.
Is there a way to have them to answer quicker or am I doomed to wait 6 months?

how would you like them to move your request to the top of the queue?
What about the requests that have been sitting there for months? Should they just ignore them to get to you sooner?
Maybe they should start with the newest requests?
No, that's not what I mean. I'm not asking for a golden ticket here, just to at least have an acknowledgement of the issue being worked on, and an ETA.
I read someone else saying he is 6 month into his issue, if I'm supposed to wait this long, I'll just send it back, ask for a refund and walk my ass to another brand...
it is much easier in this days yes, compared old days when there was not much other option
they been lose because this same issue new customers before, so yeah
for me its not even surprise anymore

The waiting time stated was 2 weeks. last time i heard it was about 4 weeks... but could be up to 2 months.... Thats just for someone to look at your support ticket.
have you hear this thing like 1st Impression, to you know what that is ?

i think we not know actual wait times anymore, Maurice talked about this stuff i think before the Corsair take over
This is a new defective product. It would be best to request a return for refund. After that, dispute the charge with your credit card. You will not have to pay until the dispute is resolved. It may take a few months. You can then order a replacement if you choose. This would be the fastest way to get you on the track. Fanatec is improving but you shouldn't have to wait for weeks to get replies and a month or two for a repair.
I started a dispute on paypal, they have until November 13th to answer me. if not, PayPal will handle it
