Is Fanatec in trouble?

I sent in a request for service. I received an email saying someone will respond in a week, it has been two going on three. Is there anyone I can call to find out what’s going on?

  • One week since i send a request for support (wheel KO), i received an automatic email with a ticket number, that's all.

    Nothing on the web site, nothing about delay... and my guaranty gone at the end of november...

  • reading all these customer service issues is so discouraging, I purchase a GT DD Pro bundle and only received the base, no wheel, no pedals and paid $799 for the bundle. Submitted a ticket and no response. I'm losing hope and not sure if I should contact my credit card company or just take a loss and order a wheel replacement.
