Missing Black Friday 2023 Voucher from Fanatec – Order Cancellation Issue

"Hi everyone. Like many others last year, I had a very unpleasant experience during Black Friday: I had placed a fairly large order, but then due to some issues with Fanatec that I never understood, the order was canceled. Of course, this was an unimaginable inconvenience for me, because the ordered products then returned to their original prices, and I wasn't able to purchase anything. To try to 'make up for the situation,' I remember that Fanatec issued vouchers for customers who experienced this issue. However, to this day, I haven't received any voucher. Did I miss something? Were these vouchers sent via email? Thanks

as far i remember those Voucher was valid for the April ? i think you are little bit too late
but I have never reveived it, that is my point
You might as well hang it up. Endor (Fanatec) is gone, and now Corsair owns it. No way Corsair issues a voucher for six months ago, from a company that no longer exists.
